The God of Grace and mercy,
Who called you to be His,
Who loves you and has evermore
Cast away your sins
Through the cross of Jesus
Who suffered, bled, and died,
Then rose again from death that
God your soul could justify
And clothe you with the righteousness
Of His Son Jesus Christ…
This God of grace and mercy
Though He test your faith
Will be with you in every trial
To fill you with His strength:
When you think you can’t endure
A moment more He comes
And whispers to thy heart,
“My child, now don’t give up,
Thy victory I’ve won,
Thy strength is weak, rely on Me,
Through Me you’ll overcome;
This path you can endure,
I’m with you in thy heart,
Lean on Me, make Me thy strength
No never, don’t give up.
Soon this path will end
All will be well again,

Prayer
Heavenly Father, we ask that You bless and encourage all who give their lives to take care of others in need. Thank You for their love and compassion. Give these precious souls Thy strength and grace to do all that their jobs require; fill them with rivers of Thy peace, hope and love. May they ever walk in Thy light with You, oh Lord, thank You, in Jesus’ name, amen.
